I am pretty sure that you also have these kind of "sparkly" pieces that you would love to wear during the day but you may think it will be too chic or too shiny to wear it at this time. Or maybe you are invited to an event (cocktail/diner) and you have no idea what kind of atmosphere it will have and you don't know what kind of outfit to wear. I mean, it is so sad to hide all these beautiful pieces and wear them only for special occasion. With a few pieces you can make it from very chic to a cool sporty/elegant look. 

On these pictures, I mixed a fancy top with a simple black short, my A.M-TO-P.M. piece is the sporty silk jacket. This little piece can change everything, first it hides the back of the top (which is kind of sexy...) and second as it is oversized it breaks the elegant side. The statement necklace can also be a versatile piece to have on hand to switch-it-up from day to night.
