LUXURIOUS VELVET

My obsession for co-ordinates ensemble started, I am in love with matching sets. Here is the outfit I wore on saturday night for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Days in Zurich. For this evening, I wanted to wear something elegant and sophisticated, I directly thought this velvet ensemble would be perfect for the occasion. I was really inspired by the Italian brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, gold jewels and dark lips. 

I always love the velvet and the all black look with a really deep make-up and lipstick. Velvet is a rich fabric which is not always easy to wear, I admit. Sometimes, it can look matronly if you don't wear it right. I have noticed that not a lot of people love wearing velvet and I don't understand why... Maybe because your mother used to dress you with too much velvet when you were young?! Haha, I don't know... Anyway, this is very fashionable this season as we saw it a lot on the runways in the most influential designer collections. It's maybe time to sign again with this luxurious fabric!
